too much homework

I'm a 7th grader and I have 2-3 hours of homework per day.
I never have time to watch tv or play video games, my teacher says homework always come first, it's important, practice makes perfect. I practice enough, I get it on the first 30 min of homework but they keep on piling up. Homework is giving me way too much pressure.
I'm frustrated. I do the same thing everyday: come home do my homework, eat, 20 min of tv and sleep. Homework is making life very boring.
